@quadmimiI do plan on contacting the salon when I have a chance. To be very honest I feel that others are making the decisions. I know how that goes in business but I certainly didn’t expect this from Chaz. I did contact his CS about the BCC and I was kind of taken off guard because I found the response as cold and very matter of fact. That BCC costs $110 and many times I paid that as others had too.

@ANewHue

Well I don't know about anyone else makin decisions, (except when he is on the Q).

I hope you can get a better answer on your glossing serum..Maybe you got a new CS person, I have always gottern prompt & nice responses, so maybe just a new rep..

I would be interested. But I’m really starting to wonder what direction this is going. I used the cc as body cleansers before but prefer the BcC & bl as it was a lighter formula. Like I said I understand discontinuation of products I just didn’t care for the way it was done. If you can’t tell by my posts I’m not happy. Lol I still have one bottle left but when thats gone I’ll be looking for a new cleanser not sure I’ll be sticking with the brand for fear It may happen again which is entirely possible because they never came out with larger bottles of the 319/613.

@77yangyaI do have stock on the POM fior now. If I didn’t see the comment I would’ve been even more disappointed if I learned the product was discontinued after the fact as was done with the body cleanser. I understand discontinuing product if the the sales aren’t there but I would've been more than disappointed since it seems they are discontinuing product without notice which is certainly not what I’ve ever expected to experience from this brand. After the BCC I am more than disappointed and a “trust” has been tarnished. Don’t forget many of us have been tried and true customers from the beginning and I know I am not the only one that feels this way.

I've been using Wen steady for, well, this August will be 12 years and I've formed a bond/trust with them.  I was told by them when I called that I was a good customer.  I've lamented on things like this and my husband always comes back at me with, "the number crunchers" thing.  I guess we must understand that a company that large, (Wen) not the Q because they would not make the decision to disontinue any of Wen, they simply tell Chaz how much he can bring or what he can bring, they don't sit and consider one customer at a time.......what can ya do?  I've been begging Chaz for years for a Wen Men Body Treatment or an RTM in it.  He simply will not.  That's okay.  The decision is his.  I still enjoy my Wen.

Re: Now the glossing serum

[ Edited ]

  Head's up, @SurferWife,

I wouldn't be surprised if the Pom Finishing Creme has also been axed. It's another niche Classic item with a relatively small following.

        ⛄

I buy nearly every WEN product in Cucumber Aloe, and I've been watching the CA ancillary collection disappear both here and on Chaz's site as their stock of items sells out.

Chaz's site has been out of Cucumber mousse, volumizer, texture balm, body lotion, body cleanser, and the heavenly cucumber thyme treatment oil forever.

I'm afraid the CA mousse and oil will just be eliminated without any notice one day, like the body cleanser and lotion were.

I recently ordered a classic Cucumber EDP spray from Chaz, since I can't get it from QVC anymore. The bottle they sent was only two-thirds full, and had the same date as as the last bottle I'd ordered (a few years ago).

Can't give that partial bottle as a gift, can I?

I wrote to Chaz's CS about getting a partial fill, and they sent me another bottle, also only two-thirds full, useless as a gift, same date, and an email suggesting the issue would be consistent in all bottles due to evaporation from age.

Does that sound like they plan on making more?

Right now my crystal ball says they'll keep the Classic CCs but classic ancillary choices will continue to slowly disappear.

Hope I'm wrong, but I'm thoroughly pi**ed off about the way in which they eliminated CA body wash and lotion.

edit-  Yanya, for an all over skin treatment you could apply the WEN Men oil blended with fragrance free 319 NIBT. Or, blend WEN Men oil with 319 dry oil.

@ANewHue

@quadmimi Personally, I've been wondering if Chaz could make a fragrance-free BCC and Body Lotion.  As much as I love my classic fragrances I would go for that but I also wonder if there would be enough interest from others to make this possible.  It might be more profitable as a replacement for the original products.

Any thoughts on this anyone?

Well, like I had said in another post, I've been begging Chaz for YEARS for a Wen Men Body Treatment or an RTM but he simply will not.  Wen Men won Customer Choice Award too.  Alot of ladies like it but again, I was told about the number crunchers.  I argue with my husband about it.  LOL!!!!  Anyway, Gussie2007, I would suggest it to Chaz.  If you have a facebook account, I would go on his fan page and ask.  I always ask for the Wen Men stuff.  You can call the salon too.  They WILL pass along any suggestions or requests.

@x Hedge

Thanks for the head's up.  The Bella Spirit also comes in the finishing treatment cream, which I love, so even if he does get rid of the Pom version, I will still have the BS.
