2015 QVC Customer Choice Beauty Awards

On October 8th, the seventh annual QVC Customer Choice Beauty Awards were announced during an on air broadcast.

This year, the Wen Cleansing Conditioner ("Best Shampoo") won for the seventh straight year. Additionally, the Remoist Hydrating Hair Serum won for "Best Hair Treatment" (beating out the Wen Treatment Oil which was in the same category).

For the 2015 QVC Customer Choice Beauty Awards Nominees, Wen products and Wen social media received 5 nominations:

* Cleansing Conditioner

* Treatment Oil and Remoist (which are, unfortunately, in the same category)

* Body Cleansing Creme (BCC)

* and Wen for best social media

Chaz has always won the best for best Cleansing Conditioner (in the "Best Shampoo" category). In the past, Styling Creme and Glossing Serum have won, but neither of those products were nominated this year. I'm not sure if the Treatment Oil has ever won, but I think the Remoist may have won once before. This is the first time that the body Cleansing Creme has been nominated. And I think this is the first time there has been a Social Media category.

I doubt that they will be available for purchase at QVC later this fall. You can still purchase them at Chaz's website but, of course, it's more expensive there.

* In past years, the newest Seasonal has been available in a 3-piece kit (16oz. CC, 2oz. RTM, & 1oz Oil). It's unclear if this kit will be available again this fall but it's looking doubtful at this point.

613, BGT & MIF available Sept 19th

In regard to the Bamboo Green Tea (BGT) and Mandarin Italian Fig (MIF) gallons, Chaz also said "don't miss out because they're going to go so fast" (info from one of Chazs periscope videos on 8/15). It seems like people should purchase their BGT and MIF gallons early because he expects them to sell out quickly.

It sounds as though he thinks that not enough of these gallons have been ordered. Maybe a conservative order was placed because there was not enough purchase history to place a larger order. -- click on the 613, BGT & MIF available Sept 19th link for more info on why you should make your BGT & MIF gallon purchases as soon as you know that this is what you want.

Chaz had previously mentioned that the MIF & BGT gallons would be available through the end of October, or until they run out.

Bottom line: order your BGT and MIF gallons soon. Now is the time to plan out your BGT/MIF purchasing decisions.

He didn't make the same caution with regard to the 613 gallons, so I think you can expect them to remain available. That said, it's always a good idea to make your purchasing decisions sooner rather than later. -- click on the 613, BGT & MIF available Sept 19th link for more info.

* Nourishing Body Treatment travel squeeze tube -- As of September 30th, the travel-size 3oz Nourishing Body Treatment (NBT) is available for sale on Chaz's website for $40 (info courtesy of @Suz585). -- There is a separate formula category for the 319 fragrance free product (currently, the NBT is the only product in the 319 product category). bruingirl shared that the travel size NBT tube will be available at QVC next year. -- At this point (10/9), there does not seem to be a corresponding 613 3oz. * December TSV 2015 -- On September 6th, on periscope, Chaz confirmed that there will be a Wen TSV on December 5th. He also more or less confirmed that the upcoming December TSV will be similar to past December TSVs. Chaz teased that we shouldn't do our Christmas shopping until after the TSV because the TSV would include boxed items (and his December TSVs have been individually boxed for gift giving). -- Since I started using Wen in December 2009, the December TSV has always been (5) 16oz Cleansing Conditioners.
