Fig for me is, without question, the most moisturizing. It got my hair to where it is today in terms of fixing the damage I did to it with coloring and burning it. Nothing is as moisturizing for me as Fig.
MIF would be second best in terms of moisturizing. It's not as "heavy" as Fig. It smells better than Fig.

When MIF came out I thought - why not? After trying it I realized that before my hair was WEN healthy, and before several trims, I needed the super moisture of FIG. But, once my hair was mostly WEN hair I no longer needed the extra boost and thickness of FIG.
THE MIF provides moisture for my hair, just not as much as FIG, and leaves me with more shine and bounce. Plus, it is easier to rinse. I keep a bottle of FIG in my stash just in case.
As for the scent, frankly I'm not bowled over by either like I am by 613 and SHP, but I prefer MIF slightly more.
I should have just said ditto to this post. LOL
