I'm a "numbers girl" so I like hard and fast statistics. This June I kept a running tally of how many Wen Cleansing Conditioner gallons have been ordered, how many of each scent QVC had brought in, when each scent sold out, etc. Unfortunately, between my work schedule and the changes to the new forum sturcture, I haven't been able to put this thread together until today (June 26th).

I kept a running tally last year in the June 2014 - Running Tally of Wen Gallons Ordered thread.

In June 2013,  kept a similar running tally in the June 2013 - Running Tally of Wen Gallons Ordered thread (post #32 has the final June 2013 Gallons Month numbers). I summarized these results later in the June 2013 (recap) - Running Tally of Wen Gallons Ordered thread.

Below are the prices for all the June 2015 Wen gallons. They're the same as last year's gallon prices, but the S&H charge for the first shipment has been reduced from $7.72 to $3.00. June 2015 is the first time that select Seasonal Gallons have been offered:

* Core CCs & Kids CCs -- $177 -- S&H: $3.00 (1st shipment) / free (2nd A-D shipment) 

* Seasonal CCs (4 choices) -- $188 -- S&H: $3.00 (1st shipment) / free (2nd A-D shipment)

The June gallons are available in the following scents:

* Core formulas -- Sweet Almond Mint (SAM), Tea Tree (TT), Fig (FIG), Lavender (LAV), Cucumber Aloe (CA), and Pomegranate (POM)

* Kids formulas -- Apple (WKA), Watermelon (WKW), and Strawberry-Bannana (WKSB) 

* Seasonal formulas -- Fall Ginger Pumpkin (FGP), Winter Vanilla Mint (WVM), Spring Orange Blossom (SOB), and Summer Mango Coconut (SMC).

* For the first time this June, Chaz has made four Seasonal scents available during June Wen Gallons Month: one for each season. He seems to have selected the most popular Seasonal for each season. -- It's too soon to know if the Seasonals will become a staple for June Wen Gallons Month, but they seem to be a welcome addition to the Wen gallons line. 

* Summer Mango Coconut (SMC) gallons sold out on June 8th. -- That said, since SMC is a summer Seasonal, the 16oz CC and 32oz CC sizes can still be purchased through the summer months.

The SixThirteen (613) gallons are not being offered in June but the will be available sometime in the fall.  For the past two years, the 613 gallons have been offered in the middle of September, so it's likely to follow the same schedule this fall. -- The 613 line is very special to Chaz. It is his most "treatment based" line and the products contain the highest amounts of amino acid extracts and extra skin care ingredients in the Wen product line. -- If I remember correctly, last fall the 613 gallons were available through the end of October. Then, in the middle of November, Chaz made them available again through the end of November. 

Below is the pricing information for last year's 613 gallons:

Last June, the Bamboo Green Tea (BGT) gallons were available for a short time during June Wen Gallons Month. There was a lot of confusion around this launch and what was said seems to be remembered differently. -- I remember Chaz saying that next year (2015) that BGT gallons would be available in Fall 2015. Of course, that was a long time ago... and there was all that confusion surrounding the launch of the BGT gallons. -- The bottom line is that there is an expectation of BGT gallons being offereed again this fall, but there hasn't been any official update in a very long time. 

I think that the BGT gallons will probably be available at the same time as the 613 gallons are available... but that's just my guess, and I don't work for either QVC or Wen.

BGT is part of the Restorative Cleansing Conditioner line, along with Mandarin Italian FIg (MIF)which is the newest addition to this line.

There has been no official information on whether or not MIF gallons will be available.

The Restorative Cleansing Conditioners are not technically "Core" formulas because they are formulated somewhat differently than the Core formulas (bamboo amino acid extract, extra skin care ingredients, etc.). -- The Wen Restorative line has a higher percentage of bamboo water in them which helps make hair stronger without making it more brittle (and more likely to break). Much like the Wen Seasonals line, the Wen Restorative line also contains additional amino acids and extra skin care ingredients. They are a cross between the 613 and Core Cleansing Conditioner lines. -- Since BGT is similar to the Seasonals, my guess is that the BGT (and, maybe, MIF) gallons would be similarly priced at: 

* BGT (and maybe MIF?) CC -- $188 -- S&H: $188 (first shipment) / free (2nd A-D shipment)

Summer Mango Coconut (SMC) -- SMC was the first formula to sell out (on June 8th). This June has been frustrating because the hosts have been very vague about which formulas are limited. Basically, I've heard a lot of "this formula has been very popular during this show". It seems more like a selling tactic rather than actual information. As it turned out, SMC did sell out early... but the "limited" LAV and CA are doing just fine. -- In the middle of June (around 6/16), there was waitlist availability for SMC for a few days. I think this was because some people who use check hold, did not mail in their payments and so a number of SMC gallons were made available again. That window closed quickly. -- This year, they just aren't sharing the gallon numbers, so I don't have a lot of information to share.  

Cucumber Aloe (CA) -- CA (finally) sold out on June 28th. -- It's the least popular Cleansing Conditioner (CC), so it's always the most limited. For June 2013, only between 5,000 - 5,500 CA gallons were brought in. SO I tend not to take it as seriously when the hosts talk about how limited it is. 

Lavender (LAV) -- LAV sold out on June 28th.

Spring Orange Blossom (SOB) -- SOB sold out on June 29th.

This was the total number of Wen gallons sold at QVC since the gallons were first introduced in 2007. When they first started offering the Wen gallons, they sold out quite quickly. In 2007, I believe the gallons sold out on the very first day they were offered. These days QVC/Chaz can base their offerings on what has been ordered in the previous year. So most of the formulas are usually available through most of June. -- As of June 30th, 2014 around 647,000 total Wen gallons have been sold since 2007 (based on the facts that 120,000 gallons have been sold at the end of June 2014). 

* From what I've been able to piece together -- in June 2013 and, again, in June 2014 -- around 120,000 total gallons were sold.

* Last year -- on June 30th, 2014 (at 1:15am) -- Chaz mentioned that when the Wen gallons were first offered in 2007 that they only brought in 2,600 total gallons. I believe those gallons were completely sold out on the very first day. Back then, I think gallons were available in SAM, TT, FIG and LAV.
