Many of us are not getting our beauty tsv preview emails lately, or they are at least hit and miss. There are several threads on the Customer care forum complaining of this very thing.

I didn't receive my email either and called about it this am.  They tell me to check my spam folder,  this is a bunch of bs.  I get bs emails everyday from them so why would this one go to Spam?  For the amount of money I spend here and now they're screwing with my Wen.  I'm not happy and I hope I get to preorder because if I don't and something goes wrong Friday which is high probability I'll have to reconsider where I'll be buying my Wen (Chaz).

Thanks @FleaMktQn. I'm just upset because this is the third issue I've had in the past two weeks and well you know don't come between me and my Wen orders.  Besides you know about three strikes and you're OUT! Lol😊😊
