Re: How many TSVs you planning to buy?

Okay, I am LOVING the "Styling Creme Confessions" here. While we're at it, I'll chime in.......I've used Wen for over three years and I have YET to finish a bottle of SC 😳

I've been through a few spells where I stopped using it (a month here, a month there), but, other than that, I've used it fairly religiously for almost four years. And still haven't finished a single bottle!! And I don't even have the seasonal ones.......these are just the core formulas.......they're never-ending bottles!

Granted, I have several open bottles (in different showers), but I still have at least three or four extras in my stash. This is one reason why I've skipped some good deals in the past year.......I've refused to buy another SC 😃 But, since this upcoming TSV value is so insane, I can't pass it up........I'm definitely getting one in TT. I love everything TT and my TT SC is about 3/4 gone 😃

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's stocked up on SCs for life! Cat LOL I'm running low on TT oil so I think I'll get the TSV in TT but after that I seriously don't need another bottle of SC for the rest of my life. Cat Tongue

DoxieMomma, lol, I agree. This thread should be retitled "Styling Creme Confessions". Smiley Wink

I don't think I've ever gone through a single bottle either. Currently I have open bottles of SAM, TT, LAV, CA, and 613.

The 613 SC is now in "reserved" status. I'm only going to use it when I need "best hair days". Right now I'm two-thirds through a TT SC and 1/3 through my LAV SC. My goal is to use up my TT SC and then move on to my CA SC. That said, I think I probably have a few more TT SCs stored away.

What's a few empty SC bottles in the trash can?

Smiley Wink lol, a good start!! Smiley Wink

Re: How many TSVs you planning to buy?

Me neither. I have not emptied one single SC bottle as of yet. Since November of last year. I have a few opened bottles of course, but still?  When I pick any of my SC bottle up, I don't notice it getting lighter in weight at all!

I was thinking reading all these "Styling Creme Confessions", why is that? After all CCs bottles get empty eventually, oils - no problem, RTMs - rather quickly, especially if one uses them on hair AND face/body.

What's up with Styling Creams? Maybe, just maybe we are NOT using ENOUGH of them? After all, most of us really listen to Chaz, and consider him knowing what he is talking about, and find his "hair advices" helpful. He says to use SC all the time, even if you are not styling your hair, but for it's protection. So, could it be that most of us not really utilizing Styling Creme enough?

I am going to start putting more of it in my hair and see, if it works better this way.

Re: How many TSVs you planning to buy?

I'm using one pump of SC on soaking wet hair and my hair is past my shoulders. Should I use more? I use it regardless of whether I am blow-drying or not.

I think CHAZ says two pumps of styling creme.   My hair is around your length and sometimes I use three.  I dont use a blow dryer anymore but I always use the SC regardless.

Thanks for the info. I think I will try two pumps and see what happens. I have a LOT of SC to use up! Woman LOL

Re: How many TSVs you planning to buy?

I'll start to use a little more SC in volume, and also will try to put it on the ends on the "day two" hair. My ends are still "pre-Wen hair, I don't want to cut them off, I want to have longer hair, so they are okay to experiment on - if anything, I will cut them off! Smiley Happy

beaches, I think it's one pump of SC unless you have "hair of a village" like that one Wen model does. If you've got long bushy hair then I think two pumps is probably the way to go.

I have thin/fine, just below the shoulder length hair (and not a lot of it). I go for a full pump even though it's clear to me that it's not all going to stay in my hair when I blot my hair dry (with an old cotton t-shirt). I have so much extra SC that I might as well add in a full pump.

Re: How many TSVs you planning to buy?

ladies, i have a question that might be awkward (sorry, not my intention at all just confused!). i keep seeing people referring to or talking to beaches, but i can't see her. can everyone else "see" her? i used to be able to (like maybe before the board changes?). maybe that is intentional (which is fine! like i said, just confusing in this particular context)...i've never used ignore functions (that i know of) so maybe that is how that happened? anyway, i was just feeling discombobulated reading some of the threads. thanks/sorry!
