I made a few purchases on Chaz's site like I usually do but he switched to something called ...uniuni. I called, the person barely spoke English, lied to me and hung up on me. He kept "harumphing" and getting annoyed at my questions about my orders. He said it has to go through customs. Hello? Something I bought in the US? I tracked it and it's only a few miles from me but no gots. I Googled them and saw on Reddit that this entity is the pits. I can't believe it. I feel like I've been thrown to the wolves. I never got a heads up, I had to email them a few times to get help on how to track, the site's a mess. So I won't be buying from him anymore. If it doesn't come to the Q I'll use another brand. I'm very disappointed. I asked the mail man if he ever heard of them he did not. I never heard of them. Maybe Chaz is starting global shipping. I love how QVC gives you a boat load of choices of shipping. Chaz did not. I don't take it personal I just take it as I do not want to baby sit orders. The Q gets it to me in two days. I choose the shipping method. Wow. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue.

@77yangya. So sorry to hear about your delivery situation. Never heard of Uniuni.
I frequently order from Chaz directly for things QVC doesn't carry. I have never had the problem you are describing. One time last year I got someone else's order, and when his Customer Service explained why/how that happened, I totally understood,but that's nothing like what occurred to you.
Getting things from California to the Pacific Northwest is almost always a straight shot with quick delivery.
Sorry to hear you might not be using WEN anymore if you can't get what you want on QVC.
You have always been a big proponent of Chaz and his products. Please keep us advised of any updates on the shipping you find out about, and if/when you decide to go with another brand. I would miss you. ![]()

I'm not a Wen fan but here's info from their website. No international shipping, uses UPS, tracking via a link in a confirmation text. Doesn't sound anything like what you've described.

Thank you, World Traveler. Yes, I feel terrible about it. I actually bought three items two went to UNI and one went UPS. There was NO choice of shipping on check out. I cannot believe this. I never got an email when these went out. I don't get it, they usually are great but somehow someone must have dropped the ball. I emailed them three times. Finally I got hyper links to track. I don't get it, I always got fabulous customer service from them. I just don't get it. I just don't want to be bothered baby sitting orders. I was hoping for the color glossing that Chaz promised for fall of 2024 but it never happened. I mean, that's another issue and could be anything but I found out UNIUNI is global or from Canada I think. I made out tickets, talked to chat bots I spoke with a rep and had to wait half an hour to get one and he was rude and hung up on me. I'm in the NY Metro area so I understand that Chaz's orders take longer but this UNI is the pits. The site is a mess and they don't give an out for delivery they only give ETA. I'll still buy Wen but only from the Q.

@77yangya Sounds like a real mess. I don't get it either.
Do you still post on the Facebook page for Chaz that is designated for special friends? The one where we get direct answers from Chaz's assistants? If so, that may be a way to find out if this is a permanent situation or not. It would be better if the post came from you and not me or someone else.

Something's wrong with this who,e situation. Are you sure you purchased from Chaz' actual site and not something else you clicked on? It doesn't add up in light of the info I posted. No international and they use UPS.

I've been using Chaz's site for 16 years. I think I know the site. As far as them sending an email when items went out they did do that. I still had a huge hassle finding it on this UNI.

I forgot to mention that they TOLD me that they are using this entity now. It's up to logistics probably

@77yangya Oh, got it. So this is an on-purpose thing they did. Doesn't sound like anyone has a choice, but it has to be very, very recent, as I have always gotten my purchases by UPS from them. FedEx was used on a couple of occasions.
