I take a towel and scrunch my hair to take the excess water out and I do this in sections all over my head like 4 or 5. I do not wear a towel.

Use an old cotton t shirt to cut down the frizz instead of a towel.

I use an Aquis Hair Turban.

I use a nice big 100% cotton floursack dish towel. Flat fabric, tight weave.
I avoid the loops in both regular bathroom towels and microfiber.
I have a lot of hair. Sometimes I'll cover it with the floursack towel and then top that with a microfiber wrap. The excess water soaks through the first towel, right into the microfiber, but the loops never touch my wet hair.
Another option is 100% cotton reusesable, no-fold cloth diapers.
Wall Mart sells some. More online.

I use a microfiber turbi twist. No frizz.
I have it on for about 5 minutes before I blow dry my hair. It just takes out some of the excess moisture.

Every day. Aquis is probably my fav.

I use a turby towel. Have for years. It's so easy and no towels flopping around.
