Sorry you missed out on what you wanted.  

That's something I was wondering: if maybe QVC didn't order as many gallons as normal this year.  If that's the case, they'll sell out early.  And as @SurferWife said, a lot of people are low or out completely so they'll order as soon as they can.  

On the other hand, sometimes when gallons sell out very early in the month, they do get a few more in stock before the end of the month.  Not often, but occasionally.

Also, check in for the formulas you missed out on once they actually start airing.  Again, sometimes those show back up.

And anyone that was waiting for specific formulas that are now showing sold out or waitlist...

Chaz was just on a Facebook video setting up in the Q studio.  He said that they sent plenty of gallon stock and nothing should be sold out yet.  His assistants are going to check into that and see what's going on because they have plenty of stock.  Chaz said himself if they were sold out already his customers would kill him because he's told everyone to wait until he's on air to buy!😄

So, my advice is to watch if possible, or keep checking the website if your formula hasn't been available.  Maybe he will address the problem on air too.

Also, tomorrow night (Tuesday) on Girls Night In, he will be selling the tonic for anyone interested.  Great price--less than half price of what it goes for on his website.

It's not necessarily to actually watch the presentations.  He must meet specific sales goals while he's on air to continue to be on.  The more he sells while he's on air, the more products the Q stocks and the more presentations he gets.  It's the same for all vendors.

I sometimes will wait for a presentation, order, and not watch the whole airing.  But if you can't or don't wish to watch, that's okay too.  It's just that he is required to meet certain sales quotas or we won't have our WEN.

Chaz is ON AIR, and I got my TT and 319 gallons on a/d, wheeeee!  The sample size of BGT I ordered a couple of days ago hasn't even shipped yet, so I'll hold off on that gallon for a while.  I may have a travel packet of it stashed, so maybe I'll use that and then I can order a gallon in one of Chaz's upcoming shows.

@SurferWife - I'm not usually a floral person but I do like the SCB. Most floral things give me a headache but this one does not for some reason - makes me happy.

I got my WVM, but just one gallon, since I still have quite a bit.

I'll wait for another presentation, probably Friday, and go ahead and get a Tea Tree.  

I'm debating about a whole gallon of 319 since I use just a little of it compared to the other formulas, and because I usually end up getting some 32 ouncers with the UNIBT.  I'm not sure if I'll need any more of the UNIBT for a while though. 

Did ya'll hear that he's still having problems getting some of the formulas?  I heard Fig and Pomegranate and was it Indigo?  One of the higher treatment formulas.  I took away from that to buy your gallons early and maybe there won't be other deals later in the year like usual.

I noticed on Chaz's show this afternoon that the two scents I want are showing as availalble but they aren't available to order onlline; Summer Mango Coconut and Spring Fresh Floral.

@Cristyn-Momof2  I noticed when the gallons first showed up on QVC.com that Summer Mango Coconut was available to order.  It's one of the few seasonals I can use, but it's so moisturizing that it weighs my hair down too much, so I didn't order it.  I am so sorry it's sold out so fast, but keep checking, every day, more might come back

in stock.  You can also try calling an order operator when Chaz is back on air, if they still show up on the screen, maybe you'll get lucky?

Chaz just said after he came off air that all the spring and summer formulas that have sold out will be restocked by the 12th.  QVC didn't order enough.

The only formula that he can't get back in are two of the Kids that are gone.  Strawberry banana is available, but not the other two.

Also, anyone interested in the Indigo, get it now.  Chaz doesn't expect it to last all month either.

I hope they restock Summer Honey Peach because I'm thinking about a gallon of it.  I should get a gallon of Tea Tree since I always use it for my first cleanse.

Didn't y'all just love seeing him back on air?  Reminds me of the good ole' days!
