I keep hearing about alot of free shipping when the shows will be on.  I'm hoping SurferWife and everyone else gets in on this with everything they really want.  I'm really sorry about the perfume thing for those in AK and HI.  In my mind, we are all Wen sisters and God's little children.  I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving and had lots of turkey.  SurferWife, let us know if you went to a luaou!

Love,

Yangya

@77yangya , under Offer Details it says:
S&H for Standard Delivery

Standard shipping and handling is only available within the contiguous 48 states. QVC customers outside the aforementioned area should call Customer Service for information regarding their S&H charges

Hi Hedge, I don't really know why shipping anything to certain areas can't be the same across the board unless air shipping costs more?   Maybe that's why it says standard delivery.

I get alot of emails saying free shipping lately so I was hoping some could get it but I didn't know it had some contingencies hanging on it.  However, I like your avatar, the cat is really cute.

What are you looking forward to getting besides the TSV?

Hi @77yangya!
I would guess it has more to do with Homeland Security than shipping costs. I think Chaz can ship containers of liquids to @SurferWife because he is the manufacturer . . . whereas QVC is a distributor, and maybe subject to different laws and liabilities (?) Might have to do with the volume of liquid filled containers they ship.
Or possibly they have an agreement with chazdean.com not to ship outside the mainland since WEN has gone global.
I don't know.
I never checked Philosophy or others to see if they have similar restrictions.

Re: Free Shipping

[ Edited ]

I was curious about the ones outside of the F/S zones so called CS and gave the rep a CC item number and he said it looks like it does ship for free he didnt see a exclusion!I was glad to hear that because it is so not fair to exclude them.

@77yangya...no luau for us. We’ve had some funky, cold, wet weather & have been indoors most of the time, BUT I ❤️ It! I get to put a blanket on the bed and pull out long-sleeves and hoodies. Even Toby gets under the covers with us.  Sunny & 85 every day can get old after a while. I told my husband we need an Aspen vacation!

SurferWife, I know what you mean!  I'm in the NY met area and in summer it gets HOT and humid.  It didn't bother me when I was a kid but now the heat gets extremely trying for me.  It doesn't bother my husband like it does me.  I like the chilly air in the fall and like you said pulling out hoodies and long sleeves.

I asked if we could have a day by the ocean this past summer and we visited the shore twice, once Memorial Day weekend and then near Labor Day.  The ocean fascinates me.  I could just watch it for hours and not get bored.  When you go to the beach, can you see those really big waves?  I remember....years ago, I used to take two weeks and go to Orlando, Fl.  I'd go to the beach almost every day and the first day I was walking toward the ocean, I could smell it first and then it came into view and it pulled my breath right out!  I was trying to hide my exhilaration, I didn't want anyone to think I'd never seen the ocean before!  LOL!!  However, I guess every day of something we love can be a bit too much.  I always and still do want to visit HI.  I see it on TV and marvel at the sights.  I guess even the best places get not so good weather too.

Hi Hedge!

Oh, maybe it is that.  I was just hoping everyone could get their favorite Wen stuff without any hassle.  It reminds me of that song, "Everywhere A Sign".  So many different rules.  I saw SurferWife has worked out a plan, I'm glad.

Could perfume exclusion be for air vs. ground shipping? just a guess
