Hi @Sweet_Serenity, it's good to see you around again. If I remember correctly, you're relatively new to Wen and up til this 319 CC confusion, you've loved what Wen has been doing for your hair. Smiley Happy

I have gotton back home yet to try the new 319 CC, Nourishing Body Treatment (NBT) and other wenderful products which were in the great value March TSV, so I can't speak directly to your current 319 CC issue. However I may be able to shed a bit of light on it. Smiley Happy

The 319 line is essentially a fragrance free version of the 613 line... or as Chaz refers to the 613 line: Wen on steroids. Smiley Happy

Because of this, the 613 CC (and 319 CC) are more concentrated... so you don't use as many pumps of CC to cleanse your hair as you would for the other lines. -- It may simply be that you are using too many pumps of 319 CC... so if you just took your normal amount of time to wash the excess CC off your hair, then that simply might have not been enough time to get it all off.

You may want to read the number of pumps recommendations which are on the back of the 319 CC bottle... and then cut back the number of pumps accordingly. Smiley Happy

Please keep us updated on how it all works out. Best of luck!! Smiley Happy

P.S. I agree with you about that March TSV value!!! It was worth it just based on the regular $59 price for the 8oz Nourishing Body Treatment!! Smiley Happy

Wen March TSV is still available at a slightly higher feature price (and well worth it!)...

I cleanse well , rinse and cleanse the second time leaving the cleanser in while I take the balance of my shower.   I then rinse completely and put the small amount of cleanser and styling creme into my soaking wet hair.  I make sure that I clean with the correct amount of cleanser each time needed for my hair length.   At first I used to much and it just washed down the drain.  When I did not use enough each time my hair did not come out right.   It took me a few times to get it right.  Occasionally I watch the infomercials and on the Q to keep up on any new information that I might have missed..  Now that I have learned what my hair needs I could wash only 1 time per week.  I usually wash 2-3 times so that I can do the treatments oils, etc.  With my electric air heat and cold winds this winter my scalp had a tendency to get dry if I did not do the oils.  I love the WEN products and have found that because I cleanse so seldom it really does not cost me much more than what I spent before and my hair is now healthy.  Before WEN I had to wash and set every day using shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, etc.  My hair is baby fine and straight as an arrow.  It has been that way all of my life.  My beautician of 25+ years is amazed and says my hair is in the best shape she has ever seen it. For the first time in my life my hair is healthy and it needs to be trimmed 5-6 weeks to keep it at about my shoulder blades.  I rotate all of the cleansers having about 4 going at one time just for the scents. For the record I am retired so my hair has seen many years.

In my opinion, the 319 and 613 CCs are nothing alike and I think we also determined that in a different thread where the ingredients were posted. 613 is a very heavy, thick CC while the 319 is much lighter. I can't use the 613 CC very often or else it dries out my hair. So far I haven't had any problems using 319 on a regular basis. It could be that the 319 CC gives you a similar result as I get with the 613 CC and it's just too much treatment for your hair.

(Sorry, that's where I grew up and I now live 10 miles away. It gave me a laugh.)

LOVE! Wen Bamboo Restorative CC, Along with several other leave in products. 3-19 cream HG. TSV last month decided try CC kit, Value worth it. For the cream alone. My question, 319 CC day two my hair looks awful!!!! Feels greasy tacky looks hot mess!!! Tried not using any leave in products makes no difference, Same after cleansing, No leave in CC. Thought 319 might be to rich for my hair. Salt n Pepper Natural, Not thick hair, But also not thin, Since stopped dying 3yrs ago, Healthy condition med long. Any thoughts? Thanks

Boca Raton is in S. Florida and is very hot and humid.

Boco Roton I am actually not sure about. Maybe that's where the blue-green algae is accumulating and the fumes are frying her hair? Woman LOL
