Probably because the Steal is not being kicked off until tonight.  The numbers you list don't have the correct description.  Hopefully that will be fixed once it's officially presented.  It's the January Beauty IQ Steal but it's being offered a little early.

The Steal isn't showing if you search Beauty IQ Steals and they still have the title incorrect.  But here is the page:
