You all were right - I love this and haven't stopped using it!
Now I have a question, and how many times have I told students there is no such thing as a silly question - but some of you may say, "really?" LOL! Anyway, I use Indigo for my second cleanse - in the shower. It gets in my ears and it takes forever to get out. I started using part of a cotton pad in each ear to hopefully keep some of the product out. After I take the soggy cotton out, I still have to use a Kleenex to clean and clean my ears. And my q-tips also come out blue.
Do any of you have any tips? TIA!

Hmm, well, I don't wind up with any in my ears that I know of, but I am sure some does. However, after I rinse my Indigo out, I finish my shower by using a Clarisonic on my face, then using my facial cleanser with my fingertips in my ears, and rinsing it out with a handheld shower head, so any CC of any sort is bound to get flushed out by that much water being poured in with a direct jet. Hope this helps!

I believe there ARE no silly questions. Okay, anyway, when I'm taking a shower, I always scrub my ears while rinsing my hair! What a concept. LOL!!!! Just tryin' ta make ya laugh. However, Wen is so frothy that no matter which one I use it kind of drips on my shoulders and ears but I clean my ears with it. I rinse vigorously after though and that gets it all out. ![]()

I indulged in a special a month or so back that included a 32oz bottle of it and after reading all the staining issues, on skin, on tile, in sinks and so forth not to mention some reviews re hair turning weird colors that I'm afraid to try it. This post just enforced those fears.

o right reviews - one will always expect someone to complain about something - when indeed it is nothing at all.

I don’t think it’s a silly question—mainly because I had the same problem! 😄 For some reason the purple indigo toner was always left in my ears after rinsing, along with other places. At first I thought I was just being lazy about rinsing, but then I started to pay close attention when I used the other formulas, and that didn’t seem to happen with them.
So, I’m sorry I don’t have an answer for you. But you’re not alone in your dilemma! 🤨

@shaggygirl - I have been using Indigo since it launched and even as a leave-in. I have had no problems with it staining anything or splattering anywhere in the shower.

I didn’t have a staining problem with anything either.
As for splattering in the shower, well, yeah. The Indigo splattered. But so do all the other formulas. I’m sloppy!🤣 I just rinse the shower when I’m finished, like I always do.

I have never had a problem with staining when using Indigo, whether it was in the shower, on my body, or wherever. But I use a lot of water anytime I apply WEN, to ensure I have rinsed everything out.
Even when I have left the Indigo on for four hours to see what would happen to the color, I just washed my face as usual, which includes my ears. No problem with staining on my skin/scalp, etc.

@World Traveler - could you go to the Summer Melon Mint thread and help those posters with the scent.
For some reason your name is not highlighted, hope you are getting notifications.
