I just chatted with Customer Service about my order of 32 oz. Fall Fresh Apple CC that I placed on 9/1 (and still has an Estimated Delivery Date of 10/1). I asked why this had not been shipped yet and he said the vendor is having issues supplying the product.

Why didn't they fill 32 oz bottles at the same time as filling up the 16 oz. bottles that were produced for the 9/1 TSV? Customers always purchase the larger sizes of Wen, they sell out all the time. I cannot understand why there were none of these made and ready to ship on 9/1 when fall scents are made available on the Q.

I have at least another week to wait according to customer service.

Hi TD28, I had the same thing happen to me.  I called and asked, HEY!  Why don't you ship my stuff out!  Whattsa matta YOU!  LOL!  Anyway, seriously, they said it's a supply issue.  If they're saying that it'll ship out 10/1, well, that's only a few days away but it may ship out sooner.  They told me a date and it shipped out a few days earlier.  I've been noticing that items have been on wait list on and off.  You'll get it.  It happens.

@TamiT28 I noticed that my 32 ounce FFA was on advance order, which didn't make sense to me, because I ordered it during the first showing of it. Oh, well. Like @77yangya said, it will come.

Likewise, I really don't understand why all the ancillaries aren't out within 2 weeks or so. Why do we wait til October for seasonal remoist? Wonder what the issue is with the manufacturing?

I really wanted the remoist in pumpkins and the apple but they were a no show when all the fall goodies went up. Since I had to order and then go to the US to get the fall stash no re moist for me and Q and Chaz missed getting my mola on those items. I was really disappointed , wanted remoist!

Me too.  Mine is sitting in advanced order and due to arrive today, according to my order status.  However, it has not even shipped, so who knows when it will come.

You would think they would have had enough ready to go on 9/1.  It isn't like the date sneaks up on them or something.

@77yangya  my order doesn't say it will ship on 10/1...it says it is due to arrive on 10/1 and it has not even shipped yet so there is no way it will arrive on Monday.

@cosmic1  So true....Chaz and QVC have been doing all of this for years, the "season" doesn't just sneak up on them. If they are going to release fall products on 9/1 then release them all so we have the entire fall season to enjoy and use!
