Zurich Airport

I will be traveling next month and have a 12 hour layover in Zurich.  Then board another plane for another 8 or 9 hours.  The Zurich airport says there are showers and beds to rest in the airport.  Has anyone done this ?  Is there a cost?  Do they provide towels, etc.?  I do plan to leave the airport and see the sights too, but a shower would be great !

I was in Zurich in June.  The airport is only about a 10 minute train ride to town, the sites.  Zurich is hot so you may want to take the shower after your tour. At 15 CHF, the shower is a good deal. Just using the toilet and washing your hands is 2CHF.

A 12 hour layover is a significant amount of time.  Is your destination remote, with few flights going there?

 

I too would shower after I've toured Zurich.
