I would like to know if anyone can tell me which areas to avoid and which places are safe. I am considering seriously of moving there.

Well ... there is actually two areas there ... Palm Beach and West Palm Beach ...

There are several nice towns that are near by ... Boyton Beach ....Lantana ...

I was told that Boynton Beach is not so great as I thought ironically that it was a fairly affluent neighborhood.

You said in another thread that your sister lives in West Palm, so why not just ask her?

Check out Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter which are north of West Palm Beach.

Yes my sister lives there is quite busy so I thought I could get more information from others. I also searched for official relocation guides but there are a gazillion “sponsored “ sites usually from realtors.

Look into Pompano Beach... I've spent a lot of time there.   I love Boca too... good luck and I'm jealous

I will definitely not miss Long Island or the cold weather 🙂I really feel that New York is played out and for the amount of taxes paid I don’t see the reaped rewards.
