slightly off topic...I just received my  Aero Pilates machine from QVC this week!  YAY!   

 

the sliding cushion pad is a beautiful purple.   (# F 1 2 7 0 9 )

 

this unit/offer has a trampoline like rebounder and pillow.  i also ordered a  Pull Up Bar.  I believe this will help strengthen and tone muscles for travel, walking and hiking.  

 

Marjolein (product promoter)  is in her early 60s and looks like she is in her  early 40s.  

 

I usually walk a 30minute mile each day on my treadmill and it does make a difference.  

 

MOVE IT OR LOSE IT!
