I’ve enjoyed reading everyone’s suggestions on this thread.  Sounds like a really nice time with friends and family.

It will be a beautiful trip.  Just be extremely cautious driving us 1.  It can be treacherous.  I have also been to the Amalfie Coast,  and the CA coastline was far more scarier mostly because so much of it is wide open...no walls.  Enjoy!!
