Sorry - I'm just finding my way around posting on this board and didn't realize i had notifications!  No, there was no issue with security and we flew from PA through Detroit to Fairbanks - and back.  No issues at all!

@Trudey  I'm not 100% sure , it's been a bit since we used them, but I think the cover is not open for the helper handle on the bottom.
