Ok….gonna try going to Vegas again.

In March, 2020, I had to cancel Vegas my trip.

I'm looking for a hotel that won't cost us an arm and a leg to stay for three days that has a shuttle bus to pick us up upon arrival and to drop off when the trip is done.  This will be at the end of the month.  By the way....airfare is ridiculous now.

Any suggestions?  TIA

Your question is too broad; what do you like to do? What do you consider reasonable?  The shuttle really isn't a necessity as taxis are reasonable ( once you get through cattle runs at airport to get to a taxi stand).  Do you need to be on strip? Fremont street? By Rio and Orleans? Virgin Hotel?  Another new area?  We've stayed all over and been to LV 50-75 times during our marriage but we take our own car and frequently stay off the strip.  Sometimes we don't gamble at all but eat a lot or go to shows or special events ( such as National Rodeo Finals --I'm not a cowgirl but its fun ). We were last there the week before they closed everything, so we are anxious to go back.

We are planning a 4 day family trip there in the fall. We will be staying on the strip. Not sure where yet. Maybe New York New York, Venetian or Paris.Love the food , shows & of course the gambling.

Re: Ok….gonna try going to Vegas again.

Google says there are no Strip hotels with free shuttles - true or not, I don’t know. Maybe downtown hotels are more likely to have? But I did learn something. I went on TripAdvisor’s forum and apparently taxis now have fixed pricing from the airport. As one who has been taken advantage, I’m all for that!

I also recently saw an article that the hottest ticket in Vegas is Uber, Lyft and even the lowly taxi. So, if you go the taxi route, plan to wait in long lines at the airport and make sure you plan some cushion for the return flight.

Vegas does have regular airport shuttles that you pay per person, but you would likely have long waits there as well.

We have stayed at the Park MGM in the past.   It’s on the strip, updated a couple years ago and I thought was fairly reasonable compared to some on the strip (I haven’t checked their prices recently however).   We always take a taxi from the airport.

My suggestion - don't go in the summer. Too hot!

Haven't you checked with a travel agent?

my favorite place to stay is at THE MIRAGE. just love the location on the strip, the casino is manageable, the restaurants are all  really good, and the pools are nice. we always just get a taxi wherever we want to go....they are everywhere.

sign up for all of the loyalty/rewards cards if you are going to be regulars.....they do get you some nice perks.

@Mmsfoxxie  You will love Las Vegas.  So many things to do and see.

While you're there, be sure to stop by the Bellagio and see their free botanical garden display.  Do a google search of "Bellagio Flower Garden", and you can see many of the seasonal flower displays that you can walk through - they are just beautiful and free (and indoor where it's nice and cool).

There is also Chihuly display on the ceiling in the lobby area.  Do a google search of it, it's an art display of 2000 hand blown huge glass flowers...also a Dale Chihuly gift store inside if you want to purchase one of his pieces, but they were too rich for my budget, but very beautiful to check out, even if you don't stay at the hotel.

I would do a search online for deals through the typical "travel" sites, mid week is much more reasonable then the weekends.  Once you see the deal online through the travel sites, call the hotel and see what they charge on their own site, just in case you can get a better deal going directly through the hotel.

Have fun, and say hello to my money that I've left there over the years!
