I remember seeing those type of bugs in Dallas, when my sister and her husband lived there, we were by the pool in their condo complex at night and all of a sudden my other sister said what is that? We started running and screaming and they were flying, it was so scary and they are huge.......Here is the Midwest we have Centipedes-yikes. hate them......They usually come out in the basements where it is humid and damp, and are especially bad in the Spring and Summer......

My friends in the Caribbean say that whenever a centerpede shows up, that means someone is having a baby. It was always fun guessing "whose having a baby"

@CANDLEQUEEN  My Realtor told me that they come out when it rains.  I stuck a umbrella out there for them, Hoping they would take a hint   LOL
