LUG Minibus - New Bag for Traveling

[ Edited ]

Thanks so much to @Ilovetea who informed us on the monthly travel chat about the new LUG bag called the Minibus, F12871. I wanted to give it a separate thread so those travel posters who might not have seen her message on our chat thread would know about this great bag. I did not see the original presentation but just finished watching the video.

@JudyL You were looking for just the right bag to go under the seat in front of you on the plane. Think this could be it and your search is over. Let me know what you think.

I'm hoping it will come out in camo and the other LUG designs.

@World Traveler  I think this would make a great computer bag for my 13" MacBook Pro. I'm taking a trip to Mt. Shasta ....could be used as purse/computer bag.  Thanks!

@phoenixbrd I agree! There are a lot of ways to use this. I am hoping they will come out with a color combination that works better for me, 'cuz I know I will buy it.

I do believe this young couple (vendor) just stay up all night and come up with the coolest designs! There is never a lull in new, innovative styles they present.

They specified this as having a padded section that was able to fit a 15" laptop, so I ordered it in the brushed walnut.  As a mini, this seems very functional and looks like it easily be used as a commuter bag as well as a carry on.  As much as I love my Via, it won't hold and protect my laptop very well.

@World Traveler

and @Ilovetea

Thanks for this LUG Minibus information.  I am glad they are including shoulder strap.

The color choices are OK.

I am not looking for another tote at this time but if I was  LOOK OUT!  <G>

I like the BLACK, my default color and I would add a bright scarf to it for some flair.

Lug Nuts out there do report what you think!

Keep Calm and LUG On,

CAT

Re: Lug Minibus - New Traveling Bag

I looked at the video for this bag and if I hadn't already purchased the PJ that I recently used on my trip, I would try this one.  This looks like a nice carry-on that I would put in the overhead.  Looks like it would hold everything nicely and keep things orgranized.

Re: Lug Minibus - New Traveling Bag

To post a follow up...I sent it back because it would not hold my laptop. It is in no way a large purse and is a good viable option as a carry on.
