Can anyone who has an RV at their full-time location tell me how they have managed to keep the warranty on their roof without moving the RV to the dealer for inspection?
This RV needs an inspection every 6 months to keep the roof warranty, but is currenty "fully in place" with a wood ramp, etc. No way to move it over an hour away to the dealer we purchased it from.
My 83 year old mom lives in it.

I would ask the dealer through which the warranty was purchased from, what the alternatives are. Perhaps they have an on-site inspection service. Or call the manufacturer who holds the warranty. You have to ultimately satisfy them.
