@sunshine45   Scanning through some of the countries in the article, they do mention if Americans are welcomed or not.  Apparentlly they are not waiting for the "official" announcement which could come at any moment (before 7/1/2020).

The EU does not allow Americans.  We are continuing to spike with new-case all time highs.

Apparently the EU does not want anybody who will be traveling from the US because of our soaring cases.  I have been paying close attention to this because I have tickets to go in August, and it looks like that's not going to happen.

This happened when the US closed it's borders to the EU in March and that included US citizens living there.

well, it is officially official for now.

no americans can travel to the EU countries.

there are also a few other countries that are not allowed.

it seems like they will maybe revisit which countries are allowed every two weeks? i dont see any americans being able to go there anytime soon. canadians are welcome.

not really a surprise.
