Calista Styler brush voltage

I have a styler brush that says 100-240 V  40 W.  Can this be used in Europe WITHOUT using a converter?  I know you do need an adapter.

Should be OK.  You can check before you go by plugging it into a 220 outlet.  Do you have one somewhere for some appliance?

I actually contacted Calista as well and they said it is fine to use without a converter.

That is what it means. Just like I-phone. Needs adapter.
(I was apprehensive with my styler since there is no switch but all good!)
