Any toll roads between Savannah and Hilton Head?

I don’t remember any but the car rental is a big rip off on tolls.  TIA for feedback.  LM

@Lilysmom  Actually there is one toll rode on Hilton Head.  Cross Island Parkway is $1.25.    Skip this and keep on 278 while on the island.  There are no toll roads between Savannah and Hilton Head.

@CoffeeNut, I read about this toll.  We are staying in Palmetto Dunes.  We have stayed at this location before (2014 and 2015).  I don’t remember going through this.  LM

 

PS, the car rental company’s charge something like 19.99 plus toll when you use toll crossings so I try to avoid them.  Another money grab.  LM

I believe there is a ferry you can take.  I've never done it but a friend did.
