Anyone know if you can filter vrbo properties for 55+communities?

I wonder how many communities would even permit short term rentals.

In my community if a house is rented it has to be a 6 month or longer lease.

There are areas here where houses have been rented to tourists short term (not gated communities) and it has created many problems. 

I've now seen some of the areas have a limit of how many cars are allowed.
