One story  I recall was about a flight attendant doing CPR on a Heart Attack victim and some idiot woman calling and calling her and asking if she could get some more coffee.  ??   OMG...

Thank you so much for posting such an informative article written by a professional.

I have always respected them very much because ultimately their job is to make sure that we get out of the plane safely if there is an accident. I imagine that many of them could write a novel with real life stories.🌻Love trains unfortunately we do not have decent ones in the Norteastern corridor and it is really a pity.

I have never encountered a "rude" flight attendant.

Why?

Because I am nice and courteous and respectful to them.

I fly to Italy once or twice a year with Delta and always had professional and courteous flight attendants.

When you spend 9 to 11 hours in a plane you really need to be comfortable.About 10 years ago I asked an hostess to watch over my daughters who were sitting far away from me and she was very nice and helpful.
