@tockerman  Just be aware, you can not return 99% of the items you purchase.  That being said, should you receive an item that is damaged they will refund your purchase.  If you don't like it or it doesn't fit, sorry.

I have purchased several Kuhn-Rikon items that QVC stopped selling.

Read everything before you purchase.

That’s good to know. I’ve never ordered from them but I have seen several ads with cute clothes.

@grandma2pkmh.  Actually much of their merchandise IS now returnable but I haven't bothered reading the terms.  Their merchandise is excess from manufacturers and distributors.  I've bought dozens and dozens of shoes and they are all pristine in brand-new, untried condition with all the factory stuffing and packaging that you normally don't see.  There are no returns or excess from QVC or any other retailer.

I've bought some beautiful things for my home and garden.  Just this week I received a huge, glazed pitcher in a deep, rich turquoise that I intend to put on my hearth with some bright yellow flowers inside.  I'm also admiring some Southwest designed table linens I just got.

Anyone thinking of buying should first go on the website and read how they operate.

I recently started shopping with them after a several years break and was surprised at how much merchandise was returnable. If you return something, you get a Zulily credit which they automatically apply to subsequent purchases. The items I’ve returned didn’t fit as I would have liked - the quality of the merchandise was very good.

I guess just the things I look at in the daily email are non returnable. My bad luck.

I buy from Zulily often.  I got two deliveries today.  Their  items are now returnable. Yippee!!!  It is listed in the description if it is.

When  you buy,  always buy just one item and check out.   Your shipping will probably be $5.95. Then you can get free shipping up to midnight on that day for anything else for free. If you order more than one item at a time for your first order of the day, your shipping will be more than $5.95.  This tip saves you money.

If you order on Friday, or Saturday, you get free shipping after the first purchased item until Sunday at midnight.

Their CS is wonderful.  Everything is new.  I have found that some of their items can be purchased elsewhere for less money, so it is best to check with other retailers like Amazon.

I love the DENY shower Curtains.  They are pretty expensive, but I can get them from Zulily for less than half price.  I signed up for notifications when they have DENY items and they email me.  They will also email you if items sell out and you are on a wait list.

Their stock changes everyday.  If you see something you want, don’t wait...order ASAP or it might be gone.

Be aware that shipping on some items might take a few weeks...read the descriptions, especially if you need something right away.

Do you mean Zulily?  I have ordered many items and I am usually satisfied.  The prices are usually very good, but most of the time there is a wait to receive the item.

Isn't true that some items are returnable but only for credit?
