keurig tsv question

I've gone thru most of my k-cups so I decided to mail in for my free 48 but noticed on the paper that you need the upc label from the box. I threw my box away as soon as I knew I wanted to keep the keurig. I had no idea I would need it. Has anyone else run into this? Will keurig work with me or am I out of luck?
