I cut cabbage into slices, spray a bit of oil on it and cook in the air fryer. Then I add a Dijon based dressing after it’s done.

That sounds delicious @Bonanzajellybean! I'm going to try it. I love cooking veggies in the air fryer--broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, squash, etc.

Oh, me too!  The air fryer was definitely a great purchase. I’m going to try okra in it next.
