I received one of those messages a week or so ago, and when I contacted CS they said there was nothing wrong, it was a glich in the system. Give it a little while and that contact CS will go away. Hopefully anyway.

I just ordered the TSV and got the message to contact CS. I did and was told waiting for authorization to go through my credit card. Never had this issue before. I told them to cancel and I would try another card and was told they couldn't cancel. Something is very wrong with their system.

@Tamarahope That happenned to me one time. The date on my CC had expired and I had to give them the new date.
