Last night I ordered the pink TSV, now it says to contact CS. I also ordered something this morning and it is doing the normal processing. When I tried to contact CS, I couldn't get through. Any ideas? Thank you.

It could be a few things, but most likely yet another glitch.
I've had it happen a few times and when I call there's never anything wrong, just a system glitch. Right now there seem to be a lot of problems with the website, so it could be related to that.
I would definitely call customer service though, just in case there is a real problem with your order. Keep trying, Mondays are always hard to get through because there's usually a lot of people calling for various reasons.

@Tamarahope Type 'live chat' into the search bar and follow the path to 'contact us' then choose chat. The link at the bottom of the page has not always worked for me. The chat folks are good and will help you figure it out.

@Tamarahope. Check "order status" and see if the order is there and appears to be okay.

Just checked, it is there. In place of the normal "in process or shipped, it says contact CS.

While getting that kind of message can feel like being called to the school principal's office, no one here is going to be able to tell you why.
Just call back later and see why you got that message.

It is a glitch....which no one knows why! LOL
It has happened to me a couple times.....I called and they said they don't see anything wrong, don't know why it was saying that.
Within a day, it went to processing.
Confusing, I know, but don't waste your time w/ CS or Chat.....they don't know !
