Why does QVC make finding reviews so difficult?

I swear everytime i go to look for a review, there is always a message saying No reviews yet for this item, but if you look further down and click on another link, you will find the reviews. Also noticed when an item goes on sale for 2nd TSV, all the previous reviews mysteriously vanish and show up again, when TSV is over...

I have not found this to be true at all. Happens on HSN though.

That was my experience too.

Loads the page with the item, no reviews. So I click away.

Eventually realized the reviews sometimes take 10-20 seconds longer to appear.

My tablet??? Or the Q's cranky website?

I usually click where it says no reviws yet & they magically appear. None on tsv today tho.

It’s true. They also change the item from the presale number and you can’t see the reviews from presale on TSV day.

They just did this with Susan Graver's repeat Big Deal. It has many reviews but they go away magically.

Barefoot Dreams sweater is missing reviews I wanted to repeat what I told CS yesterday in that WHY CHARGE ME FOR RETURN SHIPPING WHEN IT WAS FREE AND I REFUSED IT DAYS BEFORE XMAS DUE TO THE CONSISTENTLY BAD REVIEWS REGARDING SIZING? I BROUGHT IT TO USPS REFUSING IT NOT OPENING IT.yes I was yeling!
