And they last until the end of the day which is really nice but... I always thought they were specials for when the TSV sold out? I'm very curious. Any one know? Thanks

I don't know if it is just to give those of us that aren't interested in the TSV a reason to check in through the day, but that's how I have viewed it.

I assume they changed their business model because it works to create sales. 

No reason to do what you've always done if you think there is a better way.

I wondered this too because in the past, they only had a one time only if there weren't enough quantity of the TSV to present it any more. But I heard Mary Beth say the other day that they changed the way they did OTO. She said now it's just like a little sale that pops up whenever they feel like it. So it has nothing to do with the TSV now. I hope that helps.

I thought the same thing, but there was another thread posted that they have been doing this for awhile now.
