I don't really remember if this was a TSV or not, but this was the absolutely, hands-down worst product I ever purchased from QVC and one of the top two ever from TV home shopping (the other was from HSN).
QVC used to sell what were supposed to be refillable ink-jet printer cartridges. In those days, these cartridges were extremely expensive. Anyway, the product came with screw that was supposed to be screwed into the plastic to make a hole so the refill ink could be injected. The demo showed the guy twisting in the screw by hand.
Major fail1 There is no way I could do that. I ended up trying to drill a hole in it with my power drill. Seriously, I held the cartridge in my left had while I tried to drill it holding the big-butt drill in my right hand. I am lucky I didn't drill through my palm. What a mess. I managed to eventually refill this cartridge, but the rubber stopper didn't stay and I still have ink stains on the floor where I dropped it (this was in the early 2000s).
I called QVC to complain about this, but I didn't return it. It was too messy and I didn't want to spend an hour in line at Church Street post office to return it. I just wanted the rep to know how bad a product this was and that they need to be more honest about stuff they sold.

Two purchases come to mind as being the all time worst products I ever ordered. One was the HP TSV laptop from about four years ago. The second would have to be the Fit 4 U high neck, double tiered, ruffled, romper swimsuit. I. Have. No. Words. Worst purchase ever. Breezies bras come to mind as well.
The laptop never did work properly. The internet would not load. There were a ton of complaints about the same issue. I usually do not have good luck when purchasing clothing items.

Same here, Breezies bras just terrible!
Although I've been tempted to buy them, I never did. What was so bad about them? Underwire problem? I see a lot of complaints about them.

@BARBIE100 To me the Breezies were a bad fit and the fabric was scratchy and not comfortable. I was gullible enough to try them more than once.

Yes, I felt the same way, scratchy and a bad fit. Like you, I also ordered them more than once. Still searching for a good bra.

Breezies bras didn't even come close to fitting me properly and I bought three different sizes to try on. The fabric was not, iMO, high quality, and they do feel scratchy. I went to Nordstrom's and the fitting specialist measured me and brought out several high quality bras to try on. When the fit is right, bras should be comfortable and all the bras I bought lasted years.

I must be the weirdly shaped person who fits Breezies. It looks like they have another TSV coming up and I am looking forward to seeing what it is.

I have to say that the Breezies Bras have been the best things I have purchased! I am a 44 C and hate underwire, and there are several designs in the Breezie lines that I love!

Worse just recently based on "friends raving":
#1: capri dream jeans -- ugh!!! too heavy and thick material. I've had them sitting on table to return BUT $10 costs...will just donate them to my friend!
#2: Vionic sandals: just plain stupid ... got caught up in the "hype"!
Best:
Energizer Solar Lights & Duracell Solar lights. Work great!

I'm not a Breezie's bras fan, either. They don't fit me correctly and the straps were always falling down.
After much searching, I've found my holy grail of bras. It's the Vanity Fair Beauty Back Back Smoother Full-Figure Wire-Free Bra 71380. No underwire and so comfortable (for a bra).
