Awwww, @sonechko, thank you so very much for your kind words. I really appreciate them. -- My absence is 100% family related, plus last week I was taking care of one of my best friend's child and Labrador doggie while she and her husband were away on vacation. That plus managing several family issues has left me with barely enough time to sleep. I've just been able to grab a few short times this past week to even look at the forums... lol, I just found out about the free S&H and oils special... lol, who knew. I haven't even opened up most of the threads yet because I worried that I would lose my place and then not respond to folks who were asking questions. As for the other stuff, I said everything I needed to say last September. I know that you saw my posts so you know I know how to speak my mind when I decide it's necessary. I can tell from just some of the threads all of the kindness that is out there and I am so grateful. You've been super great and, not to worry my friend, I'm doing just fine. -- With regard to general informational threads though, always feel free to post away to your hearts content. I certainly don't have a monopoly on that nor would I ever want that responsibility... I mean I had to shift my focus on a dime this past week to take care of my family and good friend. -- What always makes me happiest is seeing that all of the info gets out asap whenever and wherever it comes from. lol, as you so kindly mentioned before, that's all I care about. Yes @bebe777! You don't have a monopoly, and ANYONE may post to their heart content. Especially, when there is a right INTENTION, i.e. keeping others in mind. You've got to understand, that a lot of people post new info, but not a lot of people take time to organize and compile the information the way you do. It takes a lot of time, effort, and specifically - WILLINGNESS!

Especially, this is super important for the newbies, and for those folk, who don't have time to read ALL the posts on All the threads.

I clearly remember, and I will NEVER FORGET, when I was a total Newbie, and could not tell my a.. from my elbow in WEN products, acronyms and general content of the info or conversation. I luckily got to your WEN 101 thread, and LOOK how "versed" I have become in WEN!

THIS Bebe is IMPORTANT to me, and FOREVER will remain important. As I understand, there are others, who just joining in, or too busy to search themselves, and the info you post, may play huge role for them. Just like it did for me a year and a half ago.

I do completely understand, you were turned on the dime with a need to help your family. I also understand, that we all may be tough, and we should be, but not always tough enough, and not ALL the time.

This was previously noted that all the Wen had free shipping. If someone ordered the TSV early, you can call customer service and get that amount refunded.

It is also important to take note that there are other products or packages that are usually reduced when there is a TSV for the brand. @bebe777 provides this info to everyone or you can check out the Wen product line (or other lines).

If you ordered a product (other than the TSV) and the price went down (and there is no shipping) you can call QVC and they will refund your money. If the first Customer Service Rep doesn't do it, hang up and call back or ask for a supervisor. Remember not all Customer Service Reps handle situations the same way (although they should).
