It was just a cheap to make top, out of cheap fabric.  Count your blessings.  Because you didn't get the top you'll be well dressed this summer!  As far as the chat goes, I don't think Susan could care less what customers think, she just wants to sell.

I don't ever try the chat, so I have no thoughts on it.

 

I did buy the TSV - in the Golden Safari.  I love it -  good fit, great colors for me and my wardrobe and Susan was right about the tank.  It's every bit as good on me as some of my tanks that cost what the whole set cost.

 

  By the way, the first time I tried on the scarf top, I'd forgotten about the cold shoulder and didn't notice it in the mirror!  Only as I refolded it to store it until it's warm enough here so I can wear it did I realize the slits were even there  Just not a big deal compared to the really open shoulder tops -  I'm not buying those.
