Lately I have noticed that on occasion certain colors for a product are not showing. For instance on the revitalign tsv for today 8/26 there are only four colors showing. I downloaded the app and there are six colors available. Why?

The colors are shown vertically. You have to scroll down to see all the colors; they’re all there.

That’s exactly why I don’t care for the New vertical format. It’s easy to miss choices and much harder to compare them.

I hope QVC changes their website back to how their APP shows them. 🥴

I'm using an iPad if that has anything to to with it. When I click on the tsv all the colors pop up horizontally for one second and then show them vertically but only four colors instead of six. I can scroll down but they are not there.

I'm also using an iPad (with Safari).  

The colors do pop up horizontally for a second before going to vertical.  But when I scroll down the color box I do see all six colors.

They were being listed for me after I scrolled.  On an older iPad.  Odd.

Duh. I never tried scrolling down vertically on the website. Well, I did and there they were. Thanks. I still don't like it and there must be others that have the same problem.

I don't like it either.  I prefer to see all the colors at the same time.
