Re: WW’s and Wagyu Burgers

I think they taste fine.  But I would be highly underwhelmed if I paid $25 to $85 dollars for one of these in a restaurant.  At least they could be semi healthy for the TSV price tag.

Re: WW’s and Wagyu Burgers

I don't like high fat beef.  And to me, 5 oz. is a normal burger weight.

Re: WW’s and Wagyu Burgers

Years ago before the "points", the standard portion of beef was 3 oz cooked, 4 oz cooked for chicken and fish.

@Memebell

Thanks for the reminder of portion control, need to practice that everyday, no one needs a 6-8 oz hamburger made by anyone.

I had a Wahlburger tonight, the next one I will definitely cut in half and flatten to a regular pattie size.

Nice to have these reminders, we tend to forget and just "wing" it.

Re: WW’s and Wagyu Burgers

Ita...5 oz is not that big.   That's just barely over a quarter pound and I don't think anyone consider quarter pound burger as big.   I have had these...they are just normal size.

Ever see a Wagyu syeak? At least 50% fat marbled through the meat. May be tender but I dislike fat in my meat.
