I made the mistake and ordered the TSV early at 9:00 last night when Jane presented it early. I was surprised to find out today that the TSV now has free shipping. I contacted CS and they said that the TSV did not have free shipping early. I feel like this is bad business practice and wrong. I have been ordering for over 20 plus years from QVC and may never order from them again. (All over $5.50).
Be warned....Do not order TSV's early if they are not offering free shipping wait till later....Just in case. Don't want this to happen to you.

Would it have been easier to just cancel the first order and re ordering the item with the free shipping? Ive gotten to the point if I can fix something myself online Id rather do that than deal with a human. Sounds terrible, I know.

@FLGranny I do the same thing. If I order 2 of something, and they charge me DOUBLE shipping....I just back out of the order. di

@readbluerose - That really is unacceptable, IMO. I can't see any reason why they shouldn't honor the free shipping, if the mixer was shown early as the TSV.
Why don't you email the Social Team and ask them about refunding the shipping? Give them your order information (don't post it on here).

You can try again to either call or email them regarding it. It’s true you have to wait until the item ships and when it’s billed to get the adjustment. Definitely you should have got it when you received it. 🤗
They ARE still doing price adjustments BUT there are LOTS of exceptions now!!
No longer do you get an automatic adj....it depends on what the price was when you ordered it.

It gives you all the rules....no adj if clearance, already on sale...blah blah.....you can look it up.
