Vitamix TSV - Recipe 3 Ingredient Soup??

Turned on QVC and Jan mentioned 3 ingredient soup and rewound my DVR to hear the ingredients but hit the recall button and the channel changed, darn it.  Does anyone know that the three ingredients are, one I did catch was vegetable broth...  Thank you.

Re: Vitamix TSV - Recipe 3 Ingredient Soup??

I just threw a packet of cooked fall veggies, chicken broth and a handful of grated cheese, (to make it creamy), in my vitamix for 6 minutes and wow the best soup. Everytime I pull it out I wonder why I even bother to put it away!

Look at this Vitamix:

Re: Vitamix TSV - Recipe 3 Ingredient Soup??

The tomato soup recipe seems to have a few problems. The first is that under ingredients a 28 can of San Marzano peeled tomatoes is listed. Under directions it says to place the peeled tomatoes, as well as "tomatoes" in the container. What other tomatoes is this referring to? Some recipes call for a combo of canned, fresh, or roasted, but no other tomatoes are listed in the ingredients.

Next it says to add bouillon cube yet that isn't listed under ingredients either. Also, butter and onion are listed under ingredients yet nowhere does it say in the directions what to do with them or when to add them. Are the onions sautéd in the butter and then added to the container, or are they just added in with all the other ingredients?

I think Jan needs to do some editing on this one. Smiley Very Happy

There are lots of places online to find recipes for the Vitamix. Blending with Henry and Life is NOYOKE are just a couple but there are many.
