They do look super cushiony- BUT sorry, I would never pay such a high price for manmade (plastic) looking shoe-(and unattractive ). From the materials, it looks like a $40 shoe or less-

Another poster mentioned these EVA Birks HSN had last summer. I have 2 pair and they are cushiony great, cost about $30.

Re: Vionic TSV - April 1, 2025

I just ordered the blue.  I do like the clunky style, but not crazy about the velcro straps which contribute to a good fit as I have a thin foot and sometimes sandals are hard to fit.

Anyways these will be good as houseslippers.  I've got two pairs of recovery sandals from the Q; I do think these are better looking than those.

My furbaby has a penchant for my shoes -whatevers within reach (not in the closet) so I'm constantly losing shoes.  Right now he's 'stolen' my winter boots and runs around the house/yard carrying it, burying it, sleeping with it, etc. My shoes have become his teddybear that he can't  part with. womanlol:.

So, that's my story and I'm stickin' too it - and always at the ready to acquire a new pair of shoes:   thank you,  Brody!Woman Wink

I hope if purchasing, you enjoy!

@Susan Louise . no agree  The TSV sandals  are big and gawky looking.  I like to look feminine all the way down to my feet  I wear different sandals and tennis sneakers.  They are very comfortable and they are lightweight.

I prefer a much more feminine looking shoe, these are big and clunky, and not cute !!!

I'm sure some will like these so I don't want to sound mean however, these are very ugly in my opinion and it looks like what someone would wear if in foot recovery, If I had foot surgery I may wear them but would never wear them just on a day out anywhere. Maybe in my bedroom... closet...with the door closed  LOL

Ummmm, maybe that's why they're called "recovery sandals"?  And yes, @SandGirl , I did order a pair.  I got a pair of Revitalign recovery slides last year that are fully molded, and my crushed, arthritic right foot does not fit into the sandal when it's particularly swollen, so I am hoping these slides, being adjustable, will let me fit both feet and still be squishy and comfortable.  And no, since they aren't washable, I probably won't wear them away from home, but I hope they will let me walk around the house in more comfort than my "prettier" shoes.

I hope you never reach the stage in your life I have, where there are more things in your body that don't work than those that do, and every step can vary between uncomfortable and excruciating, @SandGirl .  If you do, you might find your priorities shifting a little bit.

Re: Vionic TSV - April 1, 2025

I finally saw them presented late last night and they looked much better than in the online photos.  I still have an aversion to velcro, but I liked the style.  If they had a buckle, or a more attractive closure, I would have gone for the black.

Purchases are sometimes made out of need, not because it looks pretty.

Re: Vionic TSV - April 1, 2025

I got my sandals today, and they fit nicely.  Not as squishy as I was hoping, but still more comfortable than my non-adjustable slides.  In a way, they are thus more supportive and keep my ankles more stable, which is good, and will be even more important when I get my first knee replacement surgery in a couple of months.
