Vionic Sandal Big Deal Sizing

I have many pairs of Vionic sandals and love one more than the next. The rest silhouette is my favorite over the others. They always came in whole sizes and said to size down so I went from an 8 1/2 to an 8, and they always fit perfectly. This new style has a rest silhouette, but now has half sizes. Has anyone had experience with this and what size do you order?

My gut tells me to go with the 8 since that’s what worked before with the rest silhouette but I was just curious.

Also, does anyone know the construction or difference in the tide silhouette vs. the rest? Is one for one type of foot issue over another?

@ocookie if the foot bed is the suede type I get 9.5. If it’s the plastic then I get the 9. I would try the 8.5. My normal size is 9 for tide sandals and 9.5 for all other sandals and 10 for their sneakers
