They are cute, but they are too small for how I'd decorate/use the lanterns. I would have liked them better if they were 8".

Looking forward to watching Valerie's shows though...

They measured them on Valerie's livestream, and they are 8" if you include the ring handle on top.

This is the one I'm thinking about too @Susan Louise! I'm sitting here looking at four mini lanterns from Home Reflections. They have a pillar candle that takes the color you choose, and I have them in brushed gold.

So do I need these? Not really, but I will find someplace for them if I really like them!

@beach-mom   I edited my post - changed my mind...

If only they were 8"...sigh. For the places I would have put them, they would look silly...just too small. For example, I would have put one of them in our kitchen bookcase. At 6", it wouldn't look like much from a distance. I was also going to give one to my MIL in assistant living if they were 8". Again, just too small for what I was going to use them for.

For those that want to tuck them into a tree, the 6" is a perfect size.

@Susan Louise - Valerie just said the fairy lights don't come out, so I might change my mind too. I thought I might have the option of changing them and maybe "tweaking" them a little, like putting a small bunny in when spring comes. So IDK what I will do.

 I am impressed with the flippable candle holders too!

@scrapperlisa  The lanterns themselves are just too small. The ring doesn't change that for me. Seeing the lantern from a distance is still too small for what I would use them for...

@Grand Happy - That's a really pretty lantern, and I like the traditional look to it! 

I ended up ordering the TSV in multi. I just kept looking at our mantel and thinking how pretty they would look there! I probably won't use the embellishments. 

I also bought the flippable pedestals in natural.
