I ordered 2 sets of the TSV, one in black & the other white. I got the white set today & noticed that there was no remotes or charging cubes in the boxes. Called CS & they sent me the wrong item # & when I get the black set, it's also the wrong item #, so will be returning both when the black set gets here. Only the white set is available & is on waitlist, so I'll give it a try & see if it comes back into stock within 45 days. I ordered from the TSV order page, but the invoice has the wrong item # on it for some reason.
If you ordered this item, be sure & check to make sure you got the correct item. What was shippedto me wa item # V37038 instead of V37586.
