Re: Two Barefoot Dreams TSV's in a row?

i have several cardigans and love them-previous tsv's-and i have a throw that was a big deal, from this summer. I bet the tsv's will be one for fashion and one for home. i'm hoping for affordable prices.

If the tsv is a throw check the Norstrom Rack website before you order.  They usually have them at discounted prices.

Re: Two Barefoot Dreams TSV's in a row?

bought one of the TSV's sometime ago as a gift for a family member who really " had to have BF Dreams piece " .Bought the cardigan one size larger than what she normally wears .Just looked like a faded out brown/burgundy cardiagn that I would not wear.

.

To me so over priced and like someone else said  short jogger pants , not my style .  Think a baby set or something else for home besides a throw might be nice at a very good price. Seems QVC  constantly , includes in almost evry fashion show these items .

Pass on BFD no matter when they have a TSV. Too expensive-- I bet the profit margins on that line are out of this world.

QVC pushes Barefoot Dreams so hard, I sometimes wonder if they've bought the company.  Scarcely a day goes by that we don't have at least one presentation, if not a whole hour.

I bought jtwo cardigan when they had their very first TSV.  I use them as housecoats.   They're warm but otherwise are nothing special.  I surely wouldn’t ever buy another.  Just seeing a rack of them in horrid drab colors is a turn-off.  Who yearns for a sweater in a color called "carbon"?

I bought two items from the line.  Shame on me.  So overpriced; it's all about the image they push.  The vendor, Maria, looks like a beach type, California girl.  I guess it' the "cool girl" line.

@Kachina624   we must have bought the same cardigans.   I rarely wear them.  In fact I am thinking of donating them to the Battered Women's Shelter.   I agree their line is way overpriced.  I bought a throw last year in ivory.  I washed it in cold with an earth breeze laundry sheet and air dried it which took forever.  It now feels rubbery,     I have a pair of their socks which also now have that rubbery feel.    No more BD for me and we have an outlet nearby where prices are much better

Re: Two Barefoot Dreams TSV's in a row?

I happen to love Barefoot Dreams.  And I have never had a problem with them.  (ie, no shedding no shrink..etc.)

I realize they are not for everyone...but that is the way for all of the clothing lines at QVC and all clothing lines everywhere.

For example I don't care for Logo...I don't care for the style and I find them way too expensive, however if you love them and willing to pay the price then go for it.  Why not if you can do it and it makes you happy.

And FYI...someone else mentione Nordstrom Rack...I have also purchased from them...I have even purchased a Barefoot Dreams throw at $40.  And I love it. They have great prices.

We can watch the vendor dressed in her overpriced sweatpants with high heels.  There is nothing less "chic" than high heels and sweats.
