Hi!  I hope I'm talking to the tracfone team.  I bought the Galaxy Grand Prime last June from QVC, and I love it.  I'm having trouble with the USB port when I charge the phone.  It's becoming more difficult to charge the phone as the connection goes on and off intermittently.  I don't think it's a battery issue.  I think the port is loose and can't make the connection and hold the connection.  First I thought it was the cord, but I'm coming to realize that it's something with the port.  I did not buy the insurance for the phone.  But I did purchase my triple minutes, text, and data at the end of June.  I really want to keep this phone and the triple minutes feature.  Can you help with this?????
