Tommie Copper Compression Socks

I have arch and heel pain and occasionally calf pain and was thinking about trying these socks. Any input or advice about this brand? Debating which to get..I rarely wear long socks but didn’t know how much support would go up the leg or if I should just stay with ankle length?

Re: Tommie Copper Compression Socks

@jjb  If you have arch and heel pain, have you considered that you may have planter faciitus?  If you do, that is very painful (speaking from experience), and I was able to get relief (early on), but using orthotic inserts and trading my summer flip flops for Vionic sandals was a huge improvement for me.

I haven't tried compression socks, but I think they may be for those who have circulation issues?  Not sure, but a friend of mine used to wear compression knee socks and that was his issue.

Good luck, pain in your feet is awful to deal with.

Foot pain is not an easy one to have.

An OTC compression sock won't be of much use.

Check your shoe support and try an insert.  Once you find the right one, your feet will be happy.

If a compression is needed, get an rx from your doctor.
