QVC Customer Service please read and reply here and thanks.

Does this Tristar item come with a one year manufacturer's warranty?

It only lists ETL listed; 60-day Manufacturer's Money Back Guarantee, which is not a product warranty.

Also it is stated on QVC.com for this item you can not purchase the extended warranty thats for their customers only, which means their Tristar customers.

Does QVC include their 30 day try out or return for any reason?

Is s there a prepaid return shipping label enclosed in the box on the invoice from QVC so the QVC Member has no return cost to pay if the item is defective in any way?

From past experience Tristar items have been disappointing and not fully supported by the Manufacturer Tristar, even when Tristar items are purchased by QVC Members on QVC.com or by telephone.

Please reply to all questions listed above on this thread QVC Customer Service, as we need to know the answers from QVC C.S.  before purchasing.

Many times when Customer Service is called using the telephone you get different information which is partly incorrect,  so  both AMEX and Visa advised to do everything in writing via the Internet, so there is a written record in case a problem surfaces which should not have surfaced.
